The reason why I use nuggets is because when I tried making this recipe with catfish fillets, they tended to break into nuggets anyway; besides, nuggets tend to cost an average of 3.00 per pound less then fillets. 2 out of 3 kids in my house eat fish. They love this easy recipe. (goes great with Tarragon Oven Fries)
1 lb catfish nuggets
flour
grated Parmesan cheese
paprika
- Heat oven to 400 degrees and spray pan with Pam
- place 1/2+ cup of flour and 1/2 cup+ cheese in a plastic bag
- Place washed and dried nuggets in bag and shake to coat
- Place on pan and sprinkle with paprika
- Bake for 20+ minutes, until slightly brown and crunchy.
See, it is that easy.
