This chicken tastes more sinful then it is. Plain Greek yogurt was substituted for sour cream. (And tastes like sour cream though!)
Easy to make, and very moist! 3 thumbs up from the kids!
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Combine Greek yogurt, cheese, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl
- Coat chicken on both sides and place on a greased baking sheet
- Bake for 45 minutes
