Cheesy Greek Yogurt Chicken


This chicken tastes more sinful then it is.  Plain Greek yogurt was substituted for sour cream.  (And tastes like sour cream though!)

Easy to make, and very moist!  3 thumbs up from the kids!








4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Combine Greek yogurt, cheese, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl
  • Coat chicken on both sides and place on a greased baking sheet
  • Bake for 45 minutes
