Healthy Water

What do you know, a recipe with out calories!!!  The kids are in school, I am exercising 3+ times a week, and I am trying to drink more water.  While we were on vacation,  I was given water infused with fresh strawberries and oranges.  It was delicious!  I recently came across this recipe.  The cucumber slices and fresh mint make for a cool and delicious treat. A fancy glass and straw add to the flavor.  I hope you enjoy.






1/2 sliced and peeled cucumber
1 sliced orange
1` sliced lemon
1 sliced lime
1/2 sliced grapefruit (I used pink...it's sweeter)
1 cup fresh mint


  • Add to a pitcher of water and let and sit and chill to infuse flavors.
