Serves 8
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dried, minced onion
4 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Fresh parsley
- Combine garlic powder, basil, salt, pepper and onions in a small bowl
- Wash chicken and spread mixture on both sides of chicken. Set aside
- Pour olive oil and minced garlic on the bottom of the crock pot
- Place chicken in crock pot
- Pour balsamic vinegar over chicken
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve
