Parmesan Haddock Fillets

Oh so quick and easy, and delicious too.... I have nothing more to say. 




Serves 4


1 lb haddock fillet
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon brown mustard
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Ground pepper to taste



  • Grease broiler pan
  • Lightly brush fillets with oil
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard and cheese  
  • Spread mixture on fillets
  • Broil for approximately 10 minutes. (until fish is close to the point of flakiness)
