Low-sodium teriyaki sauce
2 salmon fillets
1 bunch thin asparagus
Oil
- Place washed fish in a zip-top bag and add 5 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
- Seal and marinade for 20 minutes
- Spray large pan with non-stick cooking spray
- Add fish, and cook for 5 minutes
- Remove fish skin, lift up fish, and respray with nonstick spray. Turn fish over and cook for an additional 5 minutes
- When fish is done, remove from pan and keep warm
- Add 2 teaspoons of oil and place cleaned asparagus in pan
- Cook for 3 minutes
- Add 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce and coat asparagus
- Serve warm, with fish
