Family pack of chicken (with skin and bones) I used 10 thighs
1 lemon, juice of (plus zest)
1 tablespoon smoked paprika (optional)
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 sprig fresh garlic
- Place chicken in large crockpot. (I had to layer chicken)
- Pour lemon juice and zest over chicken
- Sprinkle with paprika, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper
- Top with rosemary sprig
- Cook on low for approximately 8 hours, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees
