Parmesan Tilapia

This was quite yummy, quick and easy to make.  






Serves 8

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup softened butter
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
2 lbs tilapia fillets


  • Grease broiling pan, or line pan with tin foil
  • Mix together cheese, butter mayonnaise and lemon juice.  Add pepper, onion powder and celery.  Mix well and set aside
  • Arrange fish single layer and broil for 2 minutes
  • Flip over fillets and broil for 2 more minutes
  • Remove from oven, and place mixture on top
  • Broil two or more minutes until topping is brown, and fish flakes easily with a fork
