Serves 8
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup softened butter
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
2 lbs tilapia fillets
- Grease broiling pan, or line pan with tin foil
- Mix together cheese, butter mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add pepper, onion powder and celery. Mix well and set aside
- Arrange fish single layer and broil for 2 minutes
- Flip over fillets and broil for 2 more minutes
- Remove from oven, and place mixture on top
- Broil two or more minutes until topping is brown, and fish flakes easily with a fork
