Salmon With Garlic, Lemon, And Dill

 (adult-oriented recipe #1)

I have been in a cooking mood today!  This recipe is moist and delicious, Enjoy!!


1 lb salmon fillet
2 teaspoons butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove of minced garlic
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Fresh dill (I used dried)
Lemon slices


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Place the fish skin side down on the baking sheet.
  • Combine butter, olive oil and garlic together then spread evenly over the top of the fish.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle dill over the fish followed by a layer of lemon slices. 
  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.  Serve immediately.
