Serves 4
2 cups water
1 cup dry bulgur
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Bring water to boil and mix in bulgur, bouillon and butter
- Cover pot and reduce heat to simmer
- Cook until all water is absorbed
- Fluff bulgur with a fork, and gently mix in dried cranberries
