Per my nephew, these are rich and creamy with out using butter. I hope you enjoy!
3 lbs potatoes
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- Peel and cut potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender
- Once potatoes are soft, drain
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk and spices. Beat until soft and lump free

I use yogurt instead of sour cream.
