Easy to make, all of the ingredients are kitchen staples, and quite tasty. This is a good comfort food meal. Enjoy!
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
Ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 cups milk
- Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet until cooked
- Stir in flour, bouillon and spices
- Saute until flour is absorbed
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and milk
- Simmer, stir and cook until thickened
Serve over egg noodles, if desired. (I didn't have any, so I used what pasta)
