1 1/2 lb trimmed string beans
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts of any kind
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
- Boil string beans to desired consistency
- In a separate bowl, mix together oil, nuts and cranberries
- Add to drained beans. Mix together
- Add salt and pepper and stir until mixed
